As a Senior Process Specialist and Project Lead, you will work to optimize and further develop our delivery. You will be responsible for driving new and ongoing development of processes, systems, and working methods – either initiated by yourself or identified within the business. You will manage development projects from start to finish, involving the roles and functions needed for success. Together with your team, you establish processes and strategies that create high customer value and strong quality. You will also be responsible for continuous improvements and act as a key stakeholder for our various systems.

We are looking for someone with solid knowledge of debt collection or equivalent experience from the financial sector, as well as a background in process development, project management, or similar roles.

A university degree or equivalent work experience is a strong foundation. You are fluent in both Swedish and English.

🔹 Project management and defining requirements
🔹 Drive and manage prioritized projects initiated by the Management Team, IT organization, or other strategic forums
🔹 Manage vendor relations related to system development
🔹 Capture and compile development needs from the organization
🔹 Initiate and/or lead various improvement initiatives
🔹 Follow up on initiatives and/or deliveries
🔹 Risk management
🔹 Stakeholder management
