Whatever your background, you'll receive all the training you need to feel confident and ready. You'll start with our experienced team and quickly grow into the role.

You thrive in a fast-paced and innovative company that values initiative and collaboration. You are flexible, open to development and driven by the idea of influencing the future of debt collection.

We would like you to have experience of customer service - and it is an advantage if you have a few years of experience from debt collection, banking, insurance or telecom. A university degree or equivalent experience in sales or service is a plus. You speak Swedish and English fluently - other languages are a bonus we really appreciate.
