There are currently fake text messages and emails circulating that claim to be from coeo. Here’s what you need to know to recognize a genuine message from us.

 

How to recognize a message from us.

Text messages and emails sent by us have “coeo Inkasso” as the sender and include a link to www.coeo-inkasso.se. Our text messages always refer to the phone number 010-146 87 40. The collection notice is sent primarily to Kivra; otherwise, it is sent by mail. 

 

If you’re unsure.

Do not click on links in a message you are unsure about. Instead, go directly to coeo-inkasso.se and log in to “My Pages” using BankID—there you can see if you have a case with us and what it concerns. You can also call us at 010-146 87 40, weekdays (excluding holidays) from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

 

Have you received a suspicious message?
