As a Junior Technical Business Analyst, you are an important link between the business and the development teams. You'll help translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure developers have the information they need to deliver the right solution.
Responsibilities
- Collect and document requirements from various stakeholders.
- Collect and structure technical documentation from internal and external sources.
- Answer questions from the development team during the development process.
- Coordinate communication between business, developers and suppliers.
- Support the Product Owner in prioritizing and clarifying the backlog.
- Ensure that requirements are consistent, clear and traceable.
Competencies and characteristics
- Basic understanding of IT systems, databases and integration flows.
- Ability to work in a structured and orderly manner in complex projects.
- Good communication skills and used to dealing with multiple contacts simultaneously.
- Analytical and solution-oriented with an interest in both business and technology.
Experience with agile methods and tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence) as well as knowledge of APIs, data models or system architecture is an advantage.
You are part of a team of 5 colleagues and report to our Business Development Manager.
We are looking for someone who is structured, detail-oriented, curious, and eager to learn new technical concepts. You collaborate easily and have the ability to gather and summarise information from different parts of the organisation.
