About the role
We are looking for a Data & BI Analyst who wants to grow in a technical and business-facing role at the core of our data landscape. In this position, you will work with data engineering, business intelligence, and analytical support to enable accurate pricing, stronger performance monitoring, and more scalable operations across multiple countries.
You will work hands-on with SQL to extract, transform, and structure data from our databases, data lake, and data warehouse. A key part of your role will be building and maintaining curated data models and semantic layers, ensuring reliable and well-structured data for business users.
You will contribute to the development and automation of data pipelines, improve data quality and consistency, and document data structures and transformation logic. In close collaboration with pricing and operational teams, you will provide structured datasets for portfolio analysis, forecasting, and performance tracking.
You will also develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools, proactively identify data discrepancies, and support new analytical initiatives such as A/B testing and scenario modelling. Continuously improving workflows, scalability, and usability of data will be a natural part of your work.
Who you are
We believe you have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. You have strong analytical skills and a genuine interest in data, technology, and business performance.
You are comfortable working in SQL and Excel, and ideally have some familiarity with data modeling or BI tools such as Power BI, Qlik, or Tableau. Experience from collections, finance, banking, or insurance is a plus but not required.
As a person, you are curious, structured, and solution-oriented. You enjoy working both independently and collaboratively, and you take ownership of your work. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are motivated to continuously improve how data is structured, accessed, and used.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow within data, analytics, and business intelligence in a fast-growing and ambitious company.
