We are looking for a Junior Process and Pricing Analyst who wants to grow in a data-driven role within pricing, processes, and business performance. In this role, you will support coeo’s pricing strategy while also contributing to the continuous improvement of our operational workflows.
Working closely with the Head of Pricing, you will perform pricing analyses for new and existing portfolios, develop pricing models and valuation insights for tenders, and support forecasting based on historical data and performance trends. You will also help identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and accuracy in our processes, including testing and evaluating new approaches such as A/B testing.
Building reports and dashboards to monitor performance and pricing accuracy will be a natural part of your work, as well as collaborating with colleagues across functions and countries within the group.
We believe you have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field, along with a strong analytical mindset and an interest in numbers and business performance. You are comfortable working in Excel and motivated to develop further within analytics. Experience from collections, finance, banking, or insurance is an advantage but not required.
As a person, you are driven, curious, and proactive, with a structured and solution-oriented way of working. You enjoy translating data into insights and thrive in a dynamic environment.
